Artist Resin Thin Viscosity is a bit thinner than our Medium Viscosity. This is great for molds – Coasters, Trinket Dishes, Trays, it has a hard durable finish when cured. Thin may be suitable for some casting just keep your layers 1/4” or less. We also experienced less bubbles with Thin. Keep in mind heavy glitters may fall more than you’re used to, lightweight glitter will suspend just fine. **If you’re making tumblers we suggest Artist Resin or Medium Viscosity.

Thin viscosity is the perfect resin for using in molds or as a final layer in tumblers. I’ve been using it for a year and a half and it is so easy to use with lots of forgiveness. Be alert though, because it does heat up fast, so don’t leave it sitting for too long in large batches. Make sure you give it a few minutes to start setting up if you’re using it in a mold with glitter, but it’s excellent from the start for micas and inks. Make sure to grab the CCDIY torch with the green camping gas can to eliminate bubbles. Also, this. Resin takes a little longer to harden up, so make sure you give it ample time before demolishing. Beautiful, glass like shine every single time!

If I could give this product 10 stars, I would. I’ve used the thin for 3 years now. I don’t have problems with bubbles and it drys clear as glass! I will never change from this product! I keep my room at around 72 😊

This is an amazing epoxy! I don’t have troubles with bubbles as it is a bit thinner than some and so the bubbles rise easier and I just sprits with alcohol or use a small torch and poof they are gone. Easy to mix different mediums into it and sets up so wonderful. Nice and clear and the best part is I don’t have a burning itchy rash! This works great in molds or on the finish layer for tumblers.

This is my favorite resin, I have been using it for about 4 years. I have tried several other brands in those 4 years. But like this the most. The Thin viscosity is perfect for my needs. Low bubbles, just a spritz of alcohol gets rid of any that are there. I mainly do molds
