Quasar is a fine glitter with very small colorful reflective particles. It’s underlying body is black, however it is loaded with color. Lots of rich jades, deep blue, violet, orange, pink, and yellow can all be reflected back under certain light angles and intensities. This glitter is mainly black but the pops of color also make it very unique. It doesn’t change much in color and reflectiveness if used over light or dark backgrounds.
