Counter Culture DIY RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY
Counter Culture DIY has a 30 day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to submit a return request. Any products requested for return after 30 days will NOT be refunded or exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Authorization must be approved by us before accepting items. Please do not send your purchase back before you receive your authorization.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. After inspection, you will be notified if your product has been approved or rejected for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, for example, you ordered the wrong type of resin, we are happy to exchange the new unused product but all shipping will be at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us at email@example.com.

ALL RESIN: Should have a Haz-Mat label attached to the top side and will have to be processed at a UPS Store or returned in the original packaging with the label attached and Haz-Mat label still in recognizable condition.
ALL OTHER RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Can be returned via any carrier to the above address so long as the items are package safely for transit.
RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Any cost of shipping either to or from Counter Culture DIY is the responsibility of the customer and not CCDIY. If a refund is requested or granted, then the refund will be for the purchase price of the items returned, less the original shipping charges. Counter Culture can send a return shipping label to the customer for convenience, but will need payment for the full return shipping cost prior to issuance.
