Counter Culture DIY SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping with Counter Culture DIY. Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. This includes taxes, duties, and currency conversions.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing time
Most orders are processed the same day or up to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses.
A physical address must be provided for shipment. No P.O. boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Counter Culture DIY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Currency Conversion and Exchange Rates
Counter Culture is not responsible for any currency exchange rates or fees associated with a form of payment that is non-USD (United States Dollar) and all pricing on our website will always reflect USD. Please use a trusted currency converter IF you are wanting to know the full price in your currency form.
Counter Culture is not responsible for damages that occur to orders after they leave our facility. We will help to file a claim with the shipping carrier, but to file a claim, we need documentation to proceed. Please submit good, high quality photos of the box, packing, and items damaged to email@example.com as soon as possible. Please DO NOT destroy or trash any packaging or products unless directed by a member of the CCDIY Team.
CCDIY will work with you to help facilitate a refund or replacement, but in order to do that, we have to have the proper documentation to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
International Shipping Policy
We only ship to lower 48 and Canada.
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for
returning your order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to CCDIY due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. CCDIY is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CCDIY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If you believe your package has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office, UPS, FedEx. Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. Upon inquiry CCDIY will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. If you think your package has been stolen please file a police report as it can be useful when making an insurance claim.
