I tried to call CS to cancel my gang sheet because I made a mistake in a color. No human answers. The recording says to e mail them because they check the emails before voice mails. Well I ended up getting the order anyway and (my fault) out the money it took make it. If they just had someone answer the phone I could have saved over $100.00.

I can ALWAYS count on CCDIY to get my gang sheets shipped to me ASAP. This is important to me as I restock for events every week and if I order Monday/Tueday, I know I'll be making shirts by Thursday or Friday. Other companies do not compare with price and TAT. I will never again use another company to print my gang sheets.
