A DTF (Direct-to-Film) Gang Sheet allows you to print multiple designs on one sheet, saving time and cost. You can upload several logos, artwork, or designs to one large sheet and then cut them out individually for application.
We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds and 300 DPI resolution for best print quality. Files in JPG or PDF format are also accepted, but transparency may not be preserved.
Ensure that:
● Backgrounds are fully removed (transparent).
● Colors are set in RGB mode.
● Images are not blurry or pixelated.
We print as-is without editing, so final results depend on your file quality.
Recommended settings:
● Temperature: 300–315°F
● Pressure: Medium to firm
● Time: 10–15 seconds
Peel cold for best adhesion and durability.
Production typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on volume. Shipping time varies based on your chosen delivery option, but most U.S. customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days.
DTF prints work on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics of any color, while sublimation works best only on light-colored polyester. DTF transfers are more versatile and durable for everyday apparel.
Once an order is submitted and sent to print, we cannot modify it. Always double-check your designs, layout, and spelling before submitting.
