We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds and 300 DPI resolution for best print quality. Files in JPG or PDF format are also accepted, but transparency may not be preserved.
Ensure that:
● Backgrounds are fully removed (transparent).
● Colors are set in RGB mode.
● Images are not blurry or pixelated.
We print as-is without editing, so final results depend on your file quality.
Recommended settings:
● Temperature: 300–315°F
● Pressure: Medium to firm
● Time: 10–15 seconds

Production typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on volume. Shipping time varies based on your chosen delivery option, but most U.S. customers receive their orders within 3–7 business days.
DTF prints work on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics of any color, while sublimation works best only on light-colored polyester. DTF transfers are more versatile and durable for everyday apparel.
