Description
Description
Rolled Up Printing White DTF Adhesive Powder is the bonding layer between a printed DTF design and the garment. This 1 kg (about 2.2 lb) bag is made for compatible direct-to-film workflows using DTF ink, transfer film, a curing method, and a heat press.
Why choose this DTF powder?
- White adhesive powder: A practical choice for standard DTF transfer production.
- 1 kg supply: Sized for repeat printing rather than a single test project.
- Workflow-ready: Use with compatible film and DTF ink.
How to use DTF adhesive powder
- Print the design onto the correct side of compatible DTF film.
- While the ink is wet, apply an even layer of powder across the entire printed area.
- Gently remove excess powder and return clean, uncontaminated excess according to your shop process.
- Cure using settings tested for your film, powder, ink, equipment, and garment.
- Heat press and peel according to the film and garment instructions.
Find ink, powder, and correction products together in the DTF printing supplies collection. For transfer mistakes or test garments, see our DTF transfer remover.
Important handling notes
- Avoid breathing airborne powder. Work with suitable ventilation and personal protective equipment.
- Keep the bag sealed and dry. Moisture and contamination can affect flow and transfer performance.
- Adhesion and wash results vary with the full print, cure, press, fabric, and laundering process. Test before production.
How much powder is included?
One 1 kg bag, approximately 2.2 lb.
When do I apply the powder?
Apply it evenly while the printed ink is still wet so the powder can bond to the design.
Will one setting work for every garment?
No. Cure and press settings depend on your ink, film, equipment, fabric, and production conditions. Always test first.
